past 2 days

will be the last 2 days of making bad food choices. i went to see 2 consultants about hair loss and they both told me the same thing: changing my lifestyle is themost important thing to do if i wanna get back my healthy hair (although the neeta herbal place also pressured me a whole lot to sign up for their treatment) so im gonna try my best from now on! no more processed food !! my diet this past month may have been 40% processed food *shiver*

i mean these ppl were telling me things i already know… i demanded for solid answers about why my hair is falling but all they could tell me were things i read online and stuff…. but when i told my bro about it he was like YEA THESE THINGS ARE DUH but ARE YOU DOING THEM?

ouch. hes got a point there

im not gonna quit cold turkey though. still wanna enjoy myself and my vacation back home (SO NOT QUITTING MAMAK hahha i wanted banana leaf @ bangsar today but jas and dak arent awake probably-_-) but im gonna quit certain things which are obviously bad for me like white bread, candy, snacks

oh i went “working out” at batu caves. among all the tourists hahahhah. cos broga hill hiking got cancelled because nobody could wake up (hahhaha but i don blame them, i mean there are manyother ways to burn calories which doesn require waking up at 5 in the morning). so we went to play squash in the afternoon instead. and going to batu caves was just and impromptu thing i decided on the way home. theres just something about climbing and workouts involving inclines that i love. they train ur willpower and are waaaaay less boring than jogging because of the view u get in return for climbing. and also, the BURN. whoo i love the burn. and the sweat. もう久しぶりだよ本当its been a long time since i sweat like this i even missed the smell of my own sweat HAHA ok disgusting.
oh btw they made me pay 2 ucks for parking! how come i don remmeber having to pay when i went earlier this year!

back where i belong

buti actually felt so touristy when i landed.. everything fascinates me now. like, WTH i nvr realised my house was SO BIG i swear my excel toritsukasei apartment without the loft is the exact same size as my master bathroom… i was like 広っ!!!when i came back kekeke enjoying every minute of SPACIOUS LIVING. oh and WARM AND HUMID weather of course:) just the way i like it

so i spent the whole day travelling yesterday. packed (or procrastinated) until like 5 am then woke up at 7am (i almost couldnt wake up chotto yabai) and had a CURRY MAN (curry pau) and mentaiko onigiri on the way to the airport for breakfast. then this was my airport food lunch. i frigging slept the whole way back lol this was a first. because i usually LOVE watching movies/reading when im on the plane but considering my lack of sleep for the past few days i totally just conked out. there was a japanese mother and her baby son beside me the kid was honestly SOOO CUTE and sooooo obedient i really wanted to take a picture but i didn know how to do it discreetly hahha and i wasn in the mood at all for small talk so i didn start a conversation. but really, one of the cutest kids ive seen in a while. maybe because he was really quiet and obedient too

i ordered fish cos i thought it sounded less fattening than chicken but it came with mashed potatoes topped with cheese and the fish was bathed in creamy sauce -_- and i finished the whole thing. complete with a thickly buttered bun

oh and i met a cempakan junior named john on the same flight lol….. nice that he remembered me hahah

then dinner @ a chinese restaurant in selayang (for those of u don know selayang is the name of the area my house is in) with my family!! heart

and we also had blueberry cheesecake flavoured kit kat that i brought home for dessert. that and some other knick knacks :D:D:D:D

i thought i was gonna be lazy and not blog while im back in kl but i cant possibly disappoint all of my fans!! ?? LOLLL ok i have 5 fans. because i only told 5 of u about this new link kekekke

overate again tonight. DEPRESSION. but its k, flying home in 12 hrs!!



NO i didn eat all these. hahahha this was at a 料理パーティー cooking party today with the scholarship folks. got to eat nasi kuning (indonesia), gapao? with century eggs (thai), sour soup from phillipines and vietnamese spring rolls. and MOCHI! japanese ppl make and eat mochi on new years so we got to witness the mochizuki (using a hammer thing to smash the kimchi multiple times to make it sticky and soft) and eat it with KINAKO, BLACK SESAME or red bean paste

went shopping at shibuya area again (stopped by AA again bahaha) walked all the way to harajuku but as i was about to enter the station there was an announcement of 人身事故 someone died on the tracks again) so the trains stopped running for a while fml. so i decided to walk the distance of one station to yoyogi so i can take the toeido or something metro line to go to nakai and back home from there but i got lost. ended up walking PAST yoyogi park and found myself in front of national olympic centre ie sangubashi station. hahah im so sick of my lousy tokyo bearings. was lucky enough i could recognize the olympic building … but seriously WHERE THE HECK WAS yoyogi station?? haha i SO remmeber it being right next to the park but i walked the whole perimeter of yoyogi park!! grr BAKA.

so i took odakyu back to shinjuku and walked to seibu shinjuku and came home.
then i had THIS:
mini katsudon from the supermarket. 592 kcal
and THIS:
i frigging love chestnuts!!! this is a bun with chestnut cream and whipped cream inside yummers 351kcal. i actually bought a lot of other buns along with this one. i wanted to bring it home tmr because my mum is also a bun fan like me !! aiyo
AND FROM THEN ON I COULDNT STOP.
i had packet of balance up 170kcal(lol because i bought a packet this morning but only ate half of it)
AND
2 mini packets of kinoko no yama -61kcal each (choco snack which i bought, ALSO INTENDED TO BRING THIS HOME)
AND
2 mini packets of takenoko no hoshi -67kcal each (choco snack)
