i woke up at 4pm. had a cup of milkshake filled blended with nutritious amway supplements. my family all drink it every morning. and we call it 栄養早餐.

felt like i was off to a good start in eating healthy this spring break but oh, it only goes downhill from there. i had one apple, one mandarin orange, 5 vege spring rolls and some CNY cakes and cookies after that-_____- i am very embarassed. and i was too lazy to take pics

then we left for genting at about 8pm (teng, mum and i) and had a late dinner at around 9.45pm. my “chap fan” mixed rice dinner with fish and 2 veges. then we went to watch chronicle while my mum went and did her own thing lol. chronicle had a pretty interesting concept at the same time it was rather disturbing
