breakfast: hot cocoa with protein powder. 「体力的に頑張りたい時はプロテイン、精神的に頑張りたい時はコーヒー」。i take protein for physical energy and coffee for a mental boost.
lunch: rice with simmered pork and veges, radish salad, and yakult @ hyatt.
dinner: tgif, roppongi with my T-girls! haha t for taiwanese. *heart
