breakfast: salad and flourless “banana pancakes” what i used: 4 small bananas, 1 egg, 1 scoop of protein powder. shouldve used one more egg as a binder so i could at least flip it properly. essentially its just slightly- fried mashed banana with a fluffy texture. comforting, but ill probably make it again only when i have an excess of bananas because i still prefer regular pancakes.

lunch: 3 cubes of cream cheese

dinner: soba mixed with basil sauce (i know, you cant tell from the picture) with spinach and egg and corn. very random but rather yummy, nevertheless.

dessert: grapefruit and 1/2 avocado

watched the avengers today and i found out that at exactly the same time vans was watching it over in moscow too 😀 SOULMATES. im not a fan of superhero movies but i aughing to myself and reacting out loud to the numerous funny, cheesy or 格好いい moments. i cant seem to find an english word equivalent to 格好いい but it basically means cool but somewhat stronger than cool like bergaya you know what i mean?
